TRACKWORK SURVEYOR - BUMA Group

BUMA Group, perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan di PT. Freeport Indonesia membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi TRACKWORK SURVEYOR dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :

1. Minimum 5 years track construction survey experience
2. Shall hold a recognised Diploma in Surveying (or acceptable equivalent)
3. Conversant with and physically able to work in tunnel environments with temperatures up to 45˚C and relative humidity up to 95%
4. Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Excel to calculate survey data

Job Description :
a. Executes field survey work including but not limited to:
b. Installation of survey control monuments
c. Survey control observations (horizontal & vertical)
d. As-built surveys of Civil Works Contractors work
e. Setting out works for track laying and other activities
f. Pre & Post Concrete surveys
g. Track Monitoring during concreting works
h. As-built surveys of CIP4 works
i. Installation of Signs & Markers (if required)
j. Responsible for ensuring safety is integral to all survey works carried out by his team
k. Acts as Person In Charge as defined by the track access system as required
l. Maintains discipline of Chainmen under his charge, especially relating to attendance and works train safety
m. Acts as site First Aider following appropriate certification if required
n. Liases daily with Construction department Site Superintendents to determine minor adjustments to survey requirements and reports these to survey management
o. Carries out necessary office calculations relating to his team's work as required
p. Follows defined survey methodology and advises management if improvements can be made
q. Responsible for ensuring instrumentation under his carry is properly maintained and calibrated
r. Takes his place on the Survey Section's roster for cover of work during unsociable hours and delivering Toolbox Talks.
