Team Lead (GIS)

Responsibilities:

* Implements project and resource management, work plan and assigns tasks
* Confers with project staff to outline workplan and to assign duties and responsibilities
* Manages/maintains projects in clarity
* Prepares status, project reports and modifies schedules or plans as needed.
* Provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
* Assists management with development of workflow processes and improvements.
* Assists management with budget aligned deliverables
* Excellent project management and analytical skills

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geodesy, Geography, Cartography, or Urban Planning.
* At least 5 years working experience including 2 years in supervisory role in related field is required.
* GOOD written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH.
* Ability to operate independently with proficient organization and planning skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel, Word, Access.
* Ability to travel within and outside project coverage area.
* Valid current driver's license with good driving record required.
* Able to work in Makassar or Jakarta
